Take the two sets of pork loins out of their packaging and place them on your clean counter. When the pork is taken out, season the meat with: Salt, pepper, paprika, onion or garlic powder.

After seasoning, take a sharpen knife and cut down the middle of the pork loin. Once you are done let the pork loin marinate in the seasoning as you prepare the rest of your foods.

Take 1 white or red onion. Slice in half and then slide again. On your new slice begin to dice the onion and saute the onions along with the spinach.

While that's cooking go ahead and cut a certain length of your kitchen twine. Once you turn off the onions and the spinach, lay it on the middle of the pork loin.

Take your bag or pepperoni and lay them on top of the onions and spinach. As your doing so make sure you see a line of pepperoni on the inside of the pork loin.

Take your cheese and sprinkle it in the middle of the pork loin and make sure its enough to hold it all together when its cooking. Take your kitchen twine and cut it into strips so you can tie it.

In step seven your pork loin should look like this once you are done tying the twine around the meat. Make sure your kitchen twine is tied up nice & tight.

Sear both sides or the pork loin for 10 minutes on each side. Once they have a seared look place them in the oven, your oven Temperature should be turned on to 350. Let it bake for 25-30 minutes.
