Mix flour, salt, yeast, I used some garlic salt too.
Add olive oil.
Slowly add water
And start kneading the dough ..
It will be sticky somewhat , but u can either use oil or flour ..
After kneading, dough should be like this.
Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 min.
It will double size after resting.
Cut it into 8 small balls. And let it rest for 3 min.
stretch it out into thin circle ..
That's how it should be after stretching ..
Preheat the skillet over medium heat . You could add olive oil or butter if you want.
Place it on it skillet and let it cook for 1 min. Then turn it to other side.
That's how it should look from the back.
Keep flipping it on each side till it turns out like this.
Use a paper towel under them.
They could be served with tomato pesto plain yogurt that is seasoned with green chili , mint, garlic and cilantro ..
Or with chicken liver ..
